Subscriptions and recurring payments

Price and renewal interval

Recurring payments pay for the selected subscription. The amount is fixed and its maximum corresponds to the chosen plan:

• DJcard PRO monthly: CZK 99 each monthly period.
• DJcard PRO yearly: CZK 999 each annual period.
• PRO + custom .cz domain monthly: CZK 149 each monthly period.
• PRO + custom .cz domain yearly: CZK 1,499 each annual period.

These are final prices. Annual subscriptions are paid in one payment for the whole year, not in monthly instalments. The domain is included in the PRO + domain plan, not charged separately.

Creating a subscription and consent

Before the first payment, choose a plan and billing period. Separately confirm consent to recurring payments, their amount and frequency, and storage of payment details by GoPay. No recurring payment is created without this consent. Registration or use of a free profile does not replace consent.

GoPay will process card details under PCI DSS Level 1. DJcard does not store full card numbers or CVC codes. We record consent and order parameters as evidence of the agreed service.

When and how long payments recur

You make the first payment when ordering. Further payments occur at the start of each following monthly or annual period, according to your choice, until renewal is cancelled. The frequency is fixed; the next payment date and paid period end appear in your subscription overview. If the corresponding day does not exist in a month, the last day of that month is used.

We confirm subscription creation by email within two working days. For annual renewals, the first payment after any free period, and parameter changes, we notify you by email at least seven working days in advance. A free account never becomes paid automatically.

Cancellation and settings changes

Cancel renewal before the next payment in My studio → Subscription → Cancel subscription. The service stays active until the paid period ends, and no further payments are made. Turning off renewal does not delete your profile.

You can also request settings changes or cancellation from your login email by writing to info@djcard.cz. Include your account email and payment number if applicable; do not send your card number or CVC. Requests to refund a completed payment are assessed under our terms and applicable statutory rights.

We will not charge a higher amount or change the frequency without new express consent. Card changes will be available in secure payment management. If a payment fails, we notify you, and paid features may be suspended after the paid period ends.

Your custom domain after cancellation

Your .cz domain will be registered to you. Cancelling the subscription does not change its registrant. Arrange further connection, management and renewal before the paid registration expires; support at info@djcard.cz provides transfer information. We will not bill another registration without a new agreement.
