Operator

The service is operated by Jiří Tregner, company registration number 01826298, with registered address Pod hájovnou 524, Nebušice, 164 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic. Contact: info@djcard.cz.

What the service offers

DJcard connects DJs and producers from Czechia and Slovakia. It lets you create a profile and press kit, browse the directory, post in the Scene and discuss topics in the forum. Public content can be viewed without an account; the Scene, personal settings and community actions require sign-in.

Registration and account

Use your own sign-in details and protect your password. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and the content you publish. Do not impersonate another artist or publish other people’s private information without authorisation.

Content and copyright

Only upload content you have the necessary rights to publish. You retain the rights to your work; you allow the service to store, display and distribute it to the extent required for your chosen features. Links to external music and videos do not transfer rights to those recordings.

Community rules and marketplace

Threats, harassment, unlawful content, spam and fraudulent offers are prohibited. The marketplace connects members; the operator is not a party to a transaction between a seller and buyer. Suspicious or unlawful content can be reported to info@djcard.cz with a link and explanation. We will assess the report and provide reasonable information about the action taken.

Free profile and planned subscriptions

The free profile includes one DJ set, one original track, three photos and one file of up to 200 MB. Sections can be hidden or shown.

The planned DJcard PRO price is CZK 99 per month or CZK 999 per year. PRO with a personal domain is planned at CZK 149 per month or CZK 1,499 per year. Monthly plans have no annual commitment. Subscription payments and personal domains are not yet available; viewing an offer alone does not create a paid subscription.

Payments and automatic renewal

Before ordering, the price, period, automatic renewal, cancellation method and service conditions will be clearly stated. After consent, monthly or annual subscriptions renew at the fixed price of the selected plan until cancelled. Details are on the separate Recurring payment terms page (/podminky-opakovanych-plateb). Payment data will be processed by the selected payment gateway. Before the paid service launches, the final rules for withdrawal, complaints, billing and domains will be added.

Operation and termination

We continually develop the service’s features. Operation may be temporarily restricted, for example for maintenance. Serious breaches of the rules may result in restrictions on content or accounts. An email-and-password account can be permanently deleted in Studio under Account and security after password verification. Any linked subscription must be dealt with before deleting the account. Contact the operator to delete an original platform account. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
